Dear Resident, Your local policing team invite you to join our next Ward Panel Meeting: | ward panel meeting | Dear Ward Member, You are invited to attend our Fourth quarterly Ward Panel meeting of the year, on 18th November 2025 at 1900hrs at Spa Hill Allotments 180 Spa Hill, London SE19 3TU Those in attendance would ideally be within our ward which is Norbury Park but people are still welcome to attend who are outside of our area. We would also ask you to invite anyone who may also like to attend. Who we may not have contact details for, community groups, neighbours, businesses etc. This is an opportunity for individuals and businesses to voice their concerns that they may have about anything the police can help them with, or give advice on, that is adversely effecting them or their business. It's also a chance to see what we do as your SNT officers and to have an informal discussion to better understand what you expect of us and primarily for your voices to be heard and to understand your concerns so we can best help you or your business. Our meetings are often attended by the local councillors so any Council issues can also be raised, but it is primarily a community/policing meeting. Look forward to seeing you there. td > | | | When & Where is it? | | Tue 18 Nov 2025 19:00 | Spa Hill Allotments, 180 Spa Hill London SE19 3TU ///loyal.tolls.tools

What is a Ward Panel? A Ward Panel is a community-led group where local residents meet regularly with our Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) made up of dedicated police officers and PCSOs assigned to your area. Ideally chaired by a volunteer, the panel reviews local crime trends and discusses issues like antisocial behaviour, crime, or safety concerns. Together, we set priorities and action plans to address what matters most to you. What We Aim to Achieve The Ward Panel is your chance to: Share your concerns and ideas to shape local policing priorities. Collaborate with the police to tackle community issues. Build trust and transparency through open dialogue. Your voice matters! By attending, you’ll help ensure local policing reflects our community’s needs. No prior experience is needed—just a desire to make a difference. If you are unable to attend and wish to notify us of your local concerns, then please make sure you complete the Local Matters Survey Please click here to complete the survey
We look forward to seeing you there!
