Local Priorities Dangerous driving / speeding Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding dangerous driving and speeding, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Good Morning Heston East Residents we wish to let you know that the Heston East Staff have been working with Heston Central Ward and conducted Training in the Usage of the Laser Speed Guns and the Deployment of them which was done at the Met Police Driving and Transport Police at Hendon Training College. Due to this we are looking at hold a number of Speed Check Enforcement Targeted Areas around Heston Central and Heston East Ward. If you would be interested in Helping the Local Teams out in regards to speeding please let us know and we will send you details of planned events.

If someone is driving a motor vehicle, they should always be doing so in a safe and considerate manner. Even momentary lapses in judgement can have life changing or devastating consequences for those in the vehicle or innocent bystanders.
