At 0720 this morning a 70 year old male was cycling in Oakfield Road N4 , when unfortunately he had a cardiac arrest. CPR was provided by a member of the public and paramedics arrived. Despite extensive efforts the gentleman sadly passed. As a matter of practice a tent was placed at the scene but the matter is deemed non suspicious and the welfare of affected parties and family is being dealt with.
