||
|
Yesterday morning a passer by dialled 999 to report hearing screams of distress from inside a premises on the Cremorne Estate. Two Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers responded to the call and were outside the premises within 4 minutes. Nothing could be heard from within the address. Due to concerns for safety Officers gained entry and discovered the occupant in a serious condition. Officers carried out life saving first aid and the London Ambulance Service was called. The Paramedics arrived within 15 minutes whilst the officers continued to monitor the casualty. The resident was taken to Chelsea and Westminster. It was only due to the actions of a resident calling 999 that a life was saved.
