Local Priorities Drug dealing/ drug use Update

I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Officers conducted mobile patrols in and around the area of Upminster/Hacton/St Andrews on Monday 27th October. Officers noticed a group of youths loitering on the corner of the road on EPSOM WAY. The males spotted officers and started to walk away, both were detained and searched whereby a large amount of cannabis was seized.
