CBO Order Granted Brook Green and Addison Wards - Prohibitions

Following the previous post from Acting Inspector Flint - A Criminal Behaviour Order has been granted from the City of London Magistrates on 09/07/2025. 

The following prohibitions have been imposed on the individual : 

1. Not to enter the area of Hammersmith & Fulham:  Brook Green Ward and Addison Wards save travelling through the area by public transport on condition that the subject does not alight unless required to do so in an official emergency - This does not include an
emergency of the subject’s own making. Also, except to attend Court/Solicitor’s Office by prior written appointment with proof being required to be shown upon request.

2. Not to be drunk or consuming alcohol in any public place from an open container containing
alcohol in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

This will run for three years until 09/07/2028. It has been a challenge to obtain but is hoped it will disrupt some more of the Anti-Social Behaviour on Brook Green. 

A criminal behaviour order (CBO) is a much higher deterrent, and breaches will be dealt with by the courts with harsher sentences.

This also allows the individual an opportunity to break the cycle of ASB with alcohol and live well.
