Parcel Thief - Arrested and Convicted

Good afternoon residents,

I would like to share with you some good news.

Alan SACH was arrested yesterday for parcel theft and breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order.  He had been wanted for a few weeks and we were very eager to locate him.  SACH was charged with these offences and remanded to remain in police custody to appear at court this morning. 

Following the Ward Panel meeting last night the team made additional enquiries to present further evidence to the Crown Prosecution Service this morning to support the Criminal Behaviour Order to remain in place without amendments as we suspected his defence would be specific.

SACH was presented in front of judge at Croydon Magistrates Court where he pleaded Guilty to the charges.  SACH was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison.
