Dear Ward Member, Good evening. I would like to inform you that on last SUNDAY at 03:27AM there was a suspicious male wearing high visibility vest kept a parcel in front of a door and took photo of that parcel to show to the company that he has delivered the parcel and possibly he has taken back the parcel after taking photos which was suspicious.
