Good Morning all

Today over at Barking Sporthouse and Gym which is situated in Mayesbrook Park they are holding their National open day where in which they invite the community to take part in activities and workshops around the centre to not only showcase all their facilities but also to show you what is available to help with your health and wellbeing.

So if your at a loose end wondering what to do today with the kiddies on the first day of those holidays or out just out for stroll around the park then please do pop on down to the gym and join in the fun 7011ea
