I wanted to provide you an update regarding Violent crime, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. Good morning!
We hope you had an enjoyable weekend despite the wet weather (:
Across the North East BCU officers were working hard this weekend to keep our communities safe and prevent crimes from occurring.
This included arrests for the following offences:
-2 individuals arrested for assault
-2 individuals arrested for robbery
-2 individuals arrested for shoplifting and handling stolen goods.
Our C -team response team started at 7 this morning and will be out and about taking calls.
Neighbourhood officers will also be patrolling in their wards to provide a visible presence to deter offences.
