Stolen vehicle recovered in Barnehurst

Stolen vehicle recovered on Twigg Close. 

On Wednesday, officers from Bexley Safer Neighbourhood teams located this Kia parked up on Twigg Close. They ran checks, and found that this vehicle was stolen from an address in Sutton, in June. 

The vehicle was secured using a steering wheel lock…. that was not the victims lock!

Officers contacted the owner, who was pleased to hear that their personal belongings were still inside. Vehicle was recovered to our car pound.
