Killing birds with catapults

Good morning,

As we head into the summer holidays, I wish to remind residents that the killing, injuring or taking of wild birds is illegal.  

We have had issues reported to us regarding school-aged children using catapults against waterfowl and other birds, this behaviour must stop.  Parents/guardians, please discuss this with your children.
