New Met For London Community Meeting

On Thursday 23rd October 2025 we held our New Met For London event at Morley college W10 in North Kensington. This was an event in the community by the local Policing team and the Met Police senior Leadership to hear about crime fighting in Kensington and Chelsea. 

Approximately 80 members of the community were involved including residents and various partner agencies. We also showcased various departments within the Police including Police Drones and our Territorial Support Group. We also had information on what we are doing to tackle violence against women and girls. 

It was great to see so many passionate members of the community that we serve attending and speaking up about what concerns they have and listening to their ideas and suggestions on how we can work together to fight crime. 

Our very own PCSO Amina Warsame spoke about what her role is within Neighbourhood Policing and gave a great insight to her daily work in Kensington.
