Motor vehicle crime prevention

Following routine patrols,  your local officers have been dealing with suspects who were discouraged and enquiries are ongoing  to identify and deter these potential criminals who were within the ward and exhibiting bolt croppers this evening.

Whilst we are aware that this may cause concern, we want to work with the community and provide an active reminder to do as much as you can in regards to prevention. Therefore, please ensure that your garages, motorbikes/mopeds and all vehicles are secure.

Do not leave valuables in view, preferably remove them.

If you see anything suspicious, please call police at the time. Do not approach anyone.
