Pre Authorised S.35 Dispersal Order

Dear Residents,

Due to recent intelligence as well as aiding our zero tolerance approach to Anti-Social Behaviour within the ward (a ward priority) there is a Pre Authorised Section 35 Dispersal Order that has been approved by Inspector Jarman for 31/10/2025 

This Dispersal Order will allow us to enforce this on any individual or group that may be and/or already causing ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour). 

The use of this will allow those that will be celebrating Halloween and trick or treating in safe manor. 

The team will be on shift however we are also aware of an event that is taking place on the same day so our patrols will be spread across both the ward and the event.
