Dispersal order covering parts of Greenwich for Halloween

I have authorised a dispersal order for Woolwich, Thamesmead and parts of Plumstead  starting at 14:00 today ( 31/10/2025 ) and ending at 0200 ( 01/11/2025). This is due to problems we have had in previous years.
