Today, on Remembrance Day, we take time to honour and remember all those who served in the armed forces and gave their lives in war and conflict. Their courage and sacrifice helped protect our freedom and way of life.

At 11am, we pause for a moment of silence. This is a time to reflect, to show respect, and to say thank you to those who are no longer with us, as well as those who continue to serve.

Remembrance Day is not just about the past—it reminds us to work for peace in the present and future.

Let us wear our poppies with pride and never forget the bravery of those who stood for us.
