Work over the week

Good Morning all, 

Just wanted to put out a message regarding some of the highs of the week from the team. Yesterday a Community Protection Notice was issued to be a well known individual to officers for being involved in a multitude of offences in the past such as offences around drugs and theft so this Notice has now banned him from the Bruce Castle Ward effective immediately and if seen again in the area will be promptly arrested. 

Squatters were removed from Millicent Fawcett who had taken over the underground car park and caused an issue for residents by blocking a fire exit so this has now been fixed and the location is locked up so they cannot enter again.

A lot of work also went into the markets that take place each Thursday outside of Tottenham Community Sports Centre which saw us push back against people selling on the street and causing a nuisance for passers-by. 

A lot of visible cycling patrols have also been completed around the ward which you may have seen some officers doing as I know I spoke to a few residents so a lot of ground has been covered by the team.
