Hello all,

The West Wickham team were immediately on scene at the incident that took place in The Sainsburys car park on the 26.11.2025. There was a foot chase that led to a suspect for the Sainsburys incident being arrested. 

 We conducted high visibility reassurance patrols on the high street on the 27.11.2025 between 10:50 and 15:00 hours, these patrols led to two people being arrested in unrelated incidents.  

On Tuesday 02.12.2025 from 14:00 to 16:00 hours there will be members of your local police team in the High Street, you’ll find us around the library entrance, please can you let those about you know that if there were any witnesses that would like to reach out to the team, please come and discuss. We are keen to identify any witnesses to the incident and of course be there to listen and reassure, however, as this is an ongoing investigation so we cannot discuss any details relating to the Incident.
