We are deeply saddened by the recent terror attack in Australia, especially as it occurred during the start of Hannukah. Incidents like this, even far away, can understandably cause fear and concern here in London, particularly within our Jewish community.

We want to reassure you that your safety remains our highest priority. Following a review, threat assessments for Hannukah events and local community gatherings remain unchanged.

Over the coming days you may see increased uniformed policing across the area, including near synagogues, the local mosque, and other places of worship. This is not due to any specific threat, but to provide visibility and REASSURANCE
