Dear Resident, Just an update on some of the activities your local Police Officers have been involved with in the last couple of weeks; A male has has been arrested for exposing himself to residents of an apartment blockA drug dealer has been arrested at his property by officers from a specialised proactive drugs operation. Class ‘A’ drugs to the value of approximately 25k are among the items to have been seized.Several stop and searches have resulted in further seizures of low volumes of Class ‘A' and Class ’B' drugs for personal use.Theft from Motor Vehicles remains a cause of concern, and tackling this is now identified as a Ward Priority.An increase in foot and mobile patrols by your Safer Neighbourhood Team, even though the local footpaths paths have been a bit muddy recently. If you see us walking around, please stop and say hello! Input from our community is vital in allowing us to identify, and respond to, instances of Crime and Anti Social behaviour.
