Prolific Shoplifter Jailed

A prolific shoplifter who repeatedly targeted a Co-op store in Southwark is back behind bars

The individual had only recently been released from prison and was under a two‑year Criminal Behaviour Order prohibiting them from entering any Co-op store. Despite this, they continued to offend.

Following an investigation led by A/PS Webster, twelve further charges have now been secured for theft and breaches of the CBO. The offender will be returning to court to answer these new allegations.
