Shoplifting Shutdown! Northwood & Northwood Hills Hit a Two Week Clean Streak

Dear Residents,

For the first time in a long while, both Northwood and Northwood Hills wards have gone two full weeks without a single allegation of shoplifting - a remarkable achievement given that we were previously dealing with two to three reports every day. 

This dramatic turnaround is the result of relentless hard work from officers on both wards, who have pursued every allegation with determination, tracked down offenders wherever they attempted to hide (including one discovered in a loft!), and pushed for banning orders, Criminal Behaviour Orders, and custodial sentences through the courts.

Insp Molyneux, one of the two new Inspectors covering North Hillingdon alongside Insp Flowers, praised the results, saying:
“This is a great achievement for the wards and down to the diligence of all the officers on the two wards.”
