Attempted Burglary on Highfield Crescent

Dear Residents,

An attempted residential burglary occurred on Highfield Crescent on 22nd March 2026, at around 9.15pm. 

The burglary was committed by the suspects who have approached the front door of the property from the front of the road, then damaged the door to gain entry, no entry was gained as the suspects were disturbed and made off in a vehicle.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL YOUR DOORS ARE LOCKED AND SECURE, IF YOU HAVE A UPVC FRONT DOOR, JUST CLOSING THE DOOR IS NOT SECURE, THESE DOORS MUST BE DOUBLE LOCKED, PLEASE LIFT THE HANDLE AND LOCK, THIS ALSO INCLUDES ALL OUTER DOORS, EVEN MORE SO ANY SIDE GATES OR GARDEN GATES.
