Change of date for Walk and Talk

Good afternoon all, 

I hope you are enjoying the sunny weather!

In revision to a message sent out a little while ago, our Walk and Talk event has been cancelled on Sunday 25th April and will now be held on Sunday 31st May at 3:30pm. Meeting place will be the same (Crane park entrance on Ellingham Avenue, opposite Glassbrooke Avenue)

The main aim of the walk is to provide women an opportunity to informally talk to officers about any worries or concerns on personal safety and anti-social behaviour. Everyone is invited, not just women and officers will be more than happy to speak about and provide advice on any topic people wish to talk about.  Also a great opportunity for a dog walk through the park!

No need to register, just meet us at the Ellerman Avenue entrance of Crane Park at 3.30pm and we’ll walk down past the Shot Tower, with the opportunity to stop for a coffee at the wonderful Thirst of All café next to the tower.
