Community Protection Warning issued

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers gave a Community Protection Warning to a resident on our ward. Continued ASB is dealt with seriously by us and we know how it affects the wider community.

It is by constantly reporting this type of behaviour that we can build a picture of what is happening.
