Theft from motor vehicle Dorset Avenue Romford

On Sunday 19th April at approximately 02:40 there was a theft from motor vehicle in Dorset Avenue. 

A white male has entered an unlocked vehicle and stolen loose change. Do you recall seeing or hearing anything suspicious during these times? Do you have CCTV of the incident?
