I wanted to provide an update regarding Violence against women and girls, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. Arrest Made Following Anti-Social Behaviour Incident in Clapton Square Park
On 18 July 2026, officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood Team responded to reports of anti-social behaviour in Clapton Square Park.
Following regular foot patrols, one person was arrested around the park in relation to a standard stop in regards to Anti-Social Behaviour
We understand the impact anti-social behaviour can have on our community and will continue to patrol the area, respond to concerns, and take positive action where offences are identified.
If you witness anti-social behaviour, please report it to us via 101 or online. In an emergency, or if a crime is in progress, always call 999.
