🚔 Northolt West End SNT Update: The Hits Keep Coming... 🚔

Dear Resident,

It has been another busy period for the team, proving once again that while criminals never take a day off, neither do Northolt West End Safer Neighbourhood Team.

🔪 Rectory Park's Unexpected Collection

Officers recovered four knives from Rectory Park during proactive patrols. While we're all for people getting outdoors and enjoying green spaces, we'd politely remind everyone that knives are not part of the recommended park equipment list.

🌿 PWITS Arrest

A proactive stop search led to the arrest of a male on suspicion of Possession with Intent to Supply Class B Cannabis. What may have appeared to be an ordinary encounter quickly turned into a much more significant job thanks to good observations and proactive policing.

📦 More Than 60 Wraps Recovered

Following local activity and area searches, officers recovered a package containing over 60 wraps of suspected Class A drugs. Safe to say someone, somewhere, had a very bad day when they realised their stash wasn't where they left it.

🛒 Shoplifter Arrested

Working alongside officers from a neighbouring SNT, a suspected shoplifter was arrested and dealt with. A good reminder that criminals may travel across wards, but good teamwork travels even further.

Another shoplifter had an unpleasant surprise at a local supermarket, when he decided to steal goods at the same time that officers were attending to speak to staff regarding a previous offence.

🐕 Three Dogs Safeguarded

Officers assisted in the seizure of three dogs that were being mistreated. Thankfully, the dogs are now receiving the care and attention they deserve. Unlike some criminals, they were very appreciative of police attendance.

🚪 Drugs Warrant Executed

Acting on local intelligence provided by the community, officers executed a drugs warrant as part of continued efforts to tackle drug-related crime in the area. Community information remains one of the most powerful tools we have in targeting criminality.
