There are a number of free sports activities taking place next week as part of the United in Football and Basketball programme.

⚽ West Ham Foundation Football Tournament 📅 Thursday 29 October
📍 Brittons Academy, Ford Lane, Rainham RM13 7BB (on the 4G pitch)

Age groups:

U10s (9-10 years) & U13s (11-13 years): 12:00pm - 2:30pm

U16s (14-16 years): 2:30pm - 5:00pm

🏀 Basketball

Ages 8-14 years

3:00pm - 4:00pm

Just turn up and play

Session times:

Beginners: 11:30am - 12:30pm

Intermediate: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
