I have just come back on duty today and received your voicemail. I am sorry to hear that you have had your purse taken.

I have tied to return your call but unfortunately cannot get through.

I will be at The Hub today from 2pm until 3pm. If you are unable to attend I will be happy to arrange a visit to your address for tomorrow or Saturday.
