Kilburn - Camden Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Local Priority Issues
We are committed to tackling the issues that matter most to local communities. Based on our conversations with residents, and the issues they have raised with us, our main priorities are:

Violent Crime Issued 01 September 2026 |
Your Kilburn Safer Neighbourhood Team have focussed their hi-visibility patrols on Kilburn High Road, utilising intelligence led stop and search to target and deter offenders. Kilburn SNT have also obtained additional funding to conduct additional hi-visibility mobile and foot patrols of Kilburn High Road under the banner of Op Jenga. This funding has led to 15 additional deployments resulting in 11 arrests, 25 searches, 15 drug seizures and 2 weapon seizures. Kilburn SNT have also conducted multiple live facial recognition operations on Kilburn High Road, resulting in 15 arrests. Actioned 01 December 2026 |

ASB Issued 01 September 2026 |
Officers from Kilburn SNT have increased their patrols of the various residential estates throughout Kilburn, namely Rowley Way, Kingsgate Estate, Daynor House, Abbey Road etc. During these patrols they have utilised their stop and search powers to identify and deter offenders. ASB warnings have been issued to individuals who are repeatedly causing ASB related issues in these areas. Actioned 01 December 2026 |

Officers from Kilburn Safer Neighbourhood Team have conducted numerous patrols of Kilburn Grange Park and utilised intelligence led stop and search tactics to identify and deter offenders. This activity has led to numerous drug seizures and arrests. Officers have also worked closely with Camden Council and other partners to identify those causing Anti-social behaviour in the park and issue them with ASB warning letters. Actioned 01 December 2026 |
