This isn't just a platform for us to tell you what we're doing in your area, it's an opportunity for you to tell us what's concerning you most so we can take action on the things that truly matter to you.
Golborne Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Local Priority Issues
We are committed to tackling the issues that matter most to local communities. Based on our conversations with residents, and the issues they have raised with us, our main priorities are:

Knife Point robberies around Canal, Portobello Road and Ladbroke Grove Issued 25 September 2025 |
Several arrests have been made by proactive units have led to a reduction in the amount of knife point robberies in area. Patrols continue, with Officers conducting stop/searches, weapon sweeps and making use of CPW/CPNS in area. One knife recently found near the blue pitch in Golborne as a result of a weapon sweep. S – To reduce the drug dealing and associated ASB in Swinbrook Estate and environs Issued 25 September 2025 |
Several closure orders have been granted a magistrates court has led to a reduction in complaints from residents. Work is ongoing now we have identified several new addresses that potentially are being cuckooed Actioned 25 December 2025 |

S – To reduce the impact of youth related ASB in Golborne Road Issued 25 September 2025 |
Use of CPW/CPNS to disrupt the group causing ASB, along with progressing crim dam and theft investigations. Enforcement of CPN breaches to continue as well as work with youth engagement to divert though on the periphery of crime Actioned 25 December 2025 |
