Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.

We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Violence Related Priority

Reduction of drug use and any associated activities

Patrols inside the estate itself to target addresses where the smell of cannabis is emanating from. Proactive use of police systems in order to seek out if there is a main offender and to target them as the main priority. ASB Powers and joint housing working

Commercial Premises crime reduction

Aiming for an overall reduction in number of criminal offences related to commerce on MANOR ROAD

An overall reduction in number of criminal offences related to commerce on MANOR ROAD using crime prevention visits to all commerce in conjunction with target hardening and regular high visibility patrols.

Motor Vehicle crime prevention

Reduction of crime relating to motor vehicles across the ward, including incidents occuring in and around Vellum Drive

Reduce the number of motor vehicle related thefts including theft of and theft from, through a localised information campaign for those most at risk and for general preventative measures. This will be conducted alongside intelligence based patrols
