Ruislip Safer Neighbourhoods Team

Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.

We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Local Priority Issues

We are committed to tackling the issues that matter most to local communities. Based on our conversations with residents, and the issues they have raised with us, our main priorities are:

Theft from motor vehicle and theft of motor vehicles and motor vehicle interference continues to be of concern. Issued 14 October 2025	Victims of crime will be contacted and visited where necessary to support local enquiries. Crime prevention advice and information to be distributed through community engagement events and via social media. Targeted crime prevention to vulnerable car owners. Actioned 14 October 2025
Retail theft and ASB Ruislip High street Issued 14 October 2025	Regular patrols in High Street to deter and identify suspects. Ongoing work with retailers to protect their stores. Criminal Behaviour Orders sought at court to disrupt and deter offenders. Actioned 14 October 2025
