Isleworth Safer Neighbourhoods Team

Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.

We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

To contact to your team about local policing issues, email us at Isleworth@contact.metengage.co.uk or pick an officer to email below. (Please do not use this contact method to report crime, in an emergency always call 999 or you can report crime online at www.met.police.uk or dial 101).

Local Priority Issues

We are committed to tackling the issues that matter most to local communities. Based on our conversations with residents, and the issues they have raised with us, our main priorities are:

Priority Action taken

Motor vehicle crime in Isleworth

Issued 27 July 2026

Motor vehicle crime remains a key priority in Isleworth due to an increase in Theft From Motor Vehicle (TFMV), Theft Of Motor Vehicle (TOMV), and vehicle interference offences within specific areas of the community. The PMP will focus on targeting identified hotspot locations through intelligence-led patrols and proactive activity, identifying and arresting offenders, and working in partnership with the local authority to implement crime prevention measures. Community engagement will also be undertaken to provide crime prevention advice, raise awareness, and reduce opportunities for offending, with the overall aim of reducing vehicle crime and improving public confidence.

Actioned 27 September 2026

To address drug-related issues in Ivybridge, Redlees Park, Silverhall Park and Isleworth Green.

Issued 27 July 2026

This PMP is to address drug-related issues in Ivybridge, Redlees Park, Silverhall Park, and Isleworth Green. High-visibility and plain-clothes patrols will be conducted to identify and deal with offenders through Stop and Search, arrest, Fixed Penalty Notices, Anti-Social Behaviour Warnings, Community Protection Warnings, and Community Protection Notices, working collaboratively with Local Authority Anti-Social Behaviour Officers. Drug hotspots, particularly the Ivybridge Estate, will be monitored and patrolled to deter offending and reduce drug-related activity.

Actioned 27 September 2026

This PMP is in place to address Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) occurring in the Riverside, Church Street, Snowy Fielder Waye and Isleworth Green areas

Issued 27 July 2026

Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) occurs along Riverside, Church Street, Snowy Fielder Waye and Isleworth Green, where groups of youths gather, smoke, drink and cause noise nuisance late at night. Officers will focus patrols around Riverside, Church Street and the All Saints area to reduce the level and frequency of ASB affecting All Saints Church, Isleworth. This priority will be addressed through proactive policing, including regular high-visibility patrols of identified hotspot locations to deter and identify offenders, alongside partnership working with the Council’s ASB and Civil Enforcement teams and the Priest in Charge of All Saints Isleworth. Officers will also utilise stop and search powers where appropriate. Those responsible for anti-social behaviour will be identified and dealt with through ASB warnings and Community Protection Warning Notices (CPWNs).
