This isn't just a platform for us to tell you what we're doing in your area, it's an opportunity for you to tell us what's concerning you most so we can take action on the things that truly matter to you.
Blendon & Penhill Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Crime prevention stalls and door to door enquiries, highlighting the use of trackers, steering wheel locks and ghost immobilisers. Run operations such as OP Huntsman to target and arrest offenders. Actioned 01 October 2025 |

ASB Issued 05 November 2025 |
Carry out foot patrols across the ward in order to identify ASB offenders, increased patrols at ASB Hotspot areas, including the Oval. Reefer offenders to partner agencies and ensure joint partnership working Encourage reporting of ASB incidents, via MET Engage and Ward panel meetings. Actioned 01 October 2025 |

Carry out a mixture of hi visibility and plain clothes patrols in order to identify and deter offenders. Crime prevention stalls and door to door to highlight good practice in securing properties. Actioned 01 October 2025 |
