This isn't just a platform for us to tell you what we're doing in your area, it's an opportunity for you to tell us what's concerning you most so we can take action on the things that truly matter to you.
Emerson Park Safer Neighbourhoods Team
Your Safer Neighbourhoods Team is a group of Met police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area or 'ward', supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across London.

Local Priority Issues
We are committed to tackling the issues that matter most to local communities. Based on our conversations with residents, and the issues they have raised with us, our main priorities are:

Personal and Vehicular ASB Issued 24 October 2026 |
Target anti-social behaviour hotspots across the ward by increasing high-visibility patrols. Identify repeat offenders and issue community protection warnings and notices. Reduce vehicular anti-social behaviour through operations and deployments. Enforce Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 by seizing offending vehicles, and seize motor-vehicles that do not conform to regulations within the Road Traffic Acts. Actioned 31 January 2027 |

Mobile patrols conducted local officers. Crime prevention advice given out weekly on Twitter, OWL and overnight crime email to NHW group with daily updates on cars stolen. Crime prevention advice always given. Cocooning of venues and evidence gathering at an early stage. Actioned 31 January 2027 |

Residential Burglaries Issued 24 October 2026 |
Prevention and reduction of burglaries heading into the winter period. Visiting and reassuring victims of burglary on the ward. Ensure that cocooning of the venue is thorough and provide intelligence to investigating units. Utilise crime data and to target areas that are at greater risk. Distribute crime prevention advice regularly to residents and review crime updates are received daily Actioned 31 January 2027 |
